Northville Spine Care accepts HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards.

We provide superbills upon request, which can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

 

Northville Spine Care does not accept health insurance at this time. Unfortunately, reimbursement rates are structured in a manner that compromises quality patient care and encourages providers to focus on quantity instead of quality. Dr. Brown wants her patients to receive the highest quality care and one of the ways she does this is by spending a minimum of 45 minutes with new patients and15 minutes for return visits.

Yes, there are many cheaper chiropractors and businesses like The Joint, who charge questionable rates. You are always welcome to go to one of these offices. However, you will never receive the same quality care or be given the amount of time you will receive at Northville Spine Care.

Northville Spine Care does not order imaging on every patient. This practice is not evidence-based and there is, in fact, research that validates how harmful this practice can be for patients. Rather, Dr. Brown performs a very thorough examination to make an accurate diagnosis and provide a treatment plan with confidence.

At Northville Spine Care, you will not be asked to sign up for a long term treatment plan. This is another practice that is not in your best interest. Instead, we attempt to provide a short-term treatment plan, ranging from 4-12 initial visits. During these visits, you will also learn ways to manage your pain yourself with exercises and lifestyle modifications. It is our goal to get you to a point where you need us infrequently.

The one exception to this is during pregnancy, during which time, chiropractic care is recommended once per week until delivery.
